Leading North Tampa Christian Academy to victory were Toni Bryant and Landyn Colyer. Bryant dropped a triple-double on 17 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 blocks, while Colyer scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Bryant is crushing the block category: he's posted at least three every time he's taken the court this season. Dallas Oliver was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five assists and three steals.
Despite the loss, Zephyrhills Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Rogers Jones, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten rebounds. Jones is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last seven games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jordani Blanc, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.
The victory was the third in a row for North Tampa Christian Academy, bringing their record for this year to 24-3. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 51 points. As for Zephyrhills Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
North Tampa Christian Academy will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Faith Christian at 7:00 p.m. on February 15th.
