The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Prairie View Academy has scored all season.
Hillcrest Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Severe McNeary, who scored 12 points along with four steals. Darius Barnes was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds.
Prairie View Academy's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-2. As for Hillcrest Christian, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Prairie View Academy will face off against Franklin Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hillcrest Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Porter's Chapel Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
