Northampton kept a clean sheet against Arcadia on Wednesday. They blew past the Firebirds 7-0. The result was nothing new for Northampton, who have now won five contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Arcadia from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Luke Jones led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Northampton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record this season. As for Arcadia, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northampton will host Franklin at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Arcadia, they will be playing at home against Nandua at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
