Keep an eye on the score for this one: the pair posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

George Rogers Clark proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by 57) but on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 62-59 win over Christian Academy-Louisville. Given George Rogers Clark's advantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked second, while the Centurions are ranked 50th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Sacred Heart's win was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-7. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points per game. As for George Rogers Clark, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record this season.
Sacred Heart didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the Cardinals in their previous matchup back in March of 2023, but they still walked away with a 57-53 victory. Does Sacred Heart have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cardinals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
