This season hasn't been kind to the Yates Center Wildcats, who are still winless after their seventh matchup. They were dealt a 63-21 defeat at the hands of Pleasanton on Thursday. If Yates Center hoped to take revenge for the 56-22 defeat against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
Mario Davis was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and ten assists for Pleasanton. Another player making a difference was Tony Gillespie, who scored 21 points along with six assists.
Yates Center's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Pleasanton, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Yates Center will head out on the road to square off against Pleasanton on Friday. Hopefully Pleasanton focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Thursday. As for they, they will be playing at home against Yates Center.
