The Crescent Loggers came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Darrington 62-26 at home. Considering Crescent has won eight matchups by more than 24 points this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
It was another big night for Lukas Love, who scored 17 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Crescent's points. Another player making a difference was Henry Bourm, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds.
Crescent pushed their record up to 11-1 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Darrington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
Crescent will head out on the road to face off against Clallam Bay at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Clallam Bay has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 347 points over their last five matches. As for Darrington, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Coupeville at 6:00 p.m. Coupeville presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Darrington in Washington (Coupeville is ranked 144th, while Darrington is ranked 354th).
