Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Meigs). Everything went their way against the River Valley Raiders on Thursday as they made off with a 13-1 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Marauders as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meigs' victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for River Valley, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Meigs will face off against Nelsonville-York at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for River Valley, they will challenge Federal Hocking at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders are facing the Lancers at the right time seeing as the Lancers are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
