North Olmsted lost to North Royalton back in November of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The North Olmsted Eagles managed a 45-41 victory over the North Royalton Bears. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

North Olmsted had a senior duo take command as Katie Strong posted seven points and seven rebounds and Taylor Wengstrom earned 11 points along with six boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Tahsin, who had nine points.

North Olmsted was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as North Royalton only posted four assists.

Despite the loss, North Royalton still got an impressive performance from Sophia Kraus, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Camryn Sibits, who put up eight points.

North Olmsted's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for North Royalton, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

North Olmsted didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 46-34 loss against Rocky River on the 4th. As for North Royalton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 47-29 defeat against Avon on the 28th.
