Chambers Academy lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Bessemer Academy, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's contest. Chambers Academy put the hurt on Bessemer Academy with a sharp 12-4 win on Monday. Chambers Academy not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since March 17th (when they won 22-5).

Chambers Academy has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.1 runs over those games. As for Bessemer Academy, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-23-1.
