Sergeant Bluff-Luton were outperformed in the second half 3-6 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the win. The win bumped their record up to 6-1. The loss dropped Spencer's record to 5-2.
Next week Sergeant Bluff-Luton take on Denison-Schleswig at 7:00 PM. Those two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. As for Spencer, they will face off against Le Mars. Le Mars are limping into the game on a three-game losing streak.
