The Bentworth Bearcats will take on the Jefferson-Morgan Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Bentworth sitting on three straight victories and Jefferson-Morgan on seven.
Bentworth lost a heartbreaker the last time they played West Greene, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's matchup. The Bearcats took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 42-0 win over the Pioneers. Considering the Bearcats have won five games by more than 28 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

It was another big night for Ben Hays, who rushed for 119 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 carries, and also caught one touchdown. Hays is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 101 every time he's taken the field this season.
Bentworth didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kaden Ayres and Hays. Quincy Brown was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles (3.0 for loss).
Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 12 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Hays, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Jefferson-Morgan didn't have too much trouble with Bethlehem Center on Friday as they won 37-19. Given the Rockets' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 231st, while the Bulldogs are ranked 481st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
A big part of Jefferson-Morgan's victory came down to the chemistry between Triton Farabee and his top target Deakyn Dehoet. Farabee threw for 241 yards and three TDs on only 17 passes while Dehoet picked up 203 receiving yards and three scores. With that strong performance, Dehoet is now averaging an impressive 105.9 receiving yards per game.
