Even though the Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial Huskies scored an imposing 58 points on Saturday, the White Mountain Wolves still came out on top. White Mountain pulled ahead with a 59-58 photo finish over Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial. The victory made it back-to-back wins for White Mountain.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead White Mountain to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lori Nassuk, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Lana Ashenfelter, who scored 12 points.
White Mountain's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
