Centennial had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.2 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Monday. They put the hurt on the Las Vegas Wildcats with a sharp 82-61 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Las Vegas still got an impressive performance from Tayshaun Jackson, who posted 13 points and five assists. Jackson is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jacory Boyce, who had eight points.

Centennial's victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 17.2 points. As for Las Vegas, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Centennial will face off against Shadow Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on January 7th. As for Las Vegas, they will challenge Sports Leadership & Management at 6:30 p.m. on January 6th. Las Vegas is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57 points per game this season.
