The Hancock Panthers will head out on the road to take on Calvary Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Hancock and six for Calvary Christian Academy.
Last Thursday, Hancock took a serious blow against Maryland School for the Deaf, falling 52-22. That's two games in a row now that Hancock has lost by exactly 30 points.
Meanwhile, Calvary Christian Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 50-45 to Cumberland Valley Christian.
Hancock's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with that loss, which was their sixth straight at home.
Hancock couldn't quite finish off Calvary Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in January of 2016 and fell 38-36. Can Hancock avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
