Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Cisco Loboes walked away with it. They walked away with a 21-14 win over Ozona on Friday.
Julius Proffitt threw for 88 yards and a touchdown on only eight passes. Dillon Silva was his top target, picking up 35 receiving yards.
Cisco's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Ozona, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-5.
Cisco will take on New Deal at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. New Deal is coming into the game hot, having won their last seven games. Ozona does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
