If Wahkiakum were riding high off their 42-6 takedown of Toutle Lake last Friday, that ride came to an abrupt end. Wahkiakum took a hard 6-24 fall against Toledo. Wahkiakum's low-scoring defeat was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the matchup before.
The loss dropped Wahkiakum's record to 3-4. The victory bumped Toledo's record up to 3-4.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Wahkiakum take on Kalama at 7:00 PM. Toledo will be playing at home against Winlock at at 7:00 PM.
