The Bloomfield Bees and the Wakefield Trojans will compete for holiday cheer on Tuesday. Bloomfield is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59 points per game this season.

Bloomfield took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They took down Niobrara/Verdigre 50-35. Those 50 points were actually the fewest the Bees have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Beau Eisenhauer produced another solid effort putting up 22 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Bloomfield's points. Keldon Loecker was another key player, posting 13 points.

Meanwhile, Wakefield was beaten by Wisner-Pilger 81-31 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Trojans have suffered against the Gators since December 28, 2016.

Wakefield now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Bloomfield, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 2-3.
