Kennedy came into Friday's game looking for another win against Sylmar, but Aiden Garcia wouldn't allow it. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, the Spartans made off with a 70-69 victory over the Golden Cougars for which the team can thank Garcia, who went 10-for-14 to rack up 30 points along with eight steals and five rebounds.
