The win bumped Ashland-Greenwood's record up to 5-1. The loss dropped Falls City back to even at 3-3.
Next week Ashland-Greenwood take on Lincoln Christian at 3:00 PM. Lincoln Christian are limping into the contest on a six-game losing streak. Falls City will take on Nebraska City at home at 7:00 PM. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
