Dallastown has gone 9-1 against Northeastern recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wildcats will host the Bobcats at 4:15 p.m. Dallastown's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so Northeastern's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
On Monday, Dallastown was able to grind out a solid victory over South Western, taking the game 6-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Dallastown got a great performance from Matt Stone as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over six innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts Stone has posted since back in April of 2024.
On the hitting side, Peyton Seitz-Gemmill was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Logan Kessler, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4.
Meanwhile, Northeastern didn't have quite enough to beat Cedar Cliff on Monday and fell 3-1.
Northeastern saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Wilson, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Wilson also put up a double, which was his first of the season.
Northeastern's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Dallastown, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Dallastown's speedy runners might be the difference in Wednesday's match. The Wildcats have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.9 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Northeastern, though, as they've been averaging only 0.6 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Dallastown continue to outrun the ball?
Dallastown came out on top in a nail-biter against Northeastern in their previous matchup back in March, sneaking past 6-4. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bobcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
