Despite the loss, Bennett still got an impressive performance from Owen Stiers, who scored 15 points along with 3 steals. Stiers scored a full 27.8% of Bennett's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Jayden Ivory was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 8 rebounds.
Bishop Machebeuf's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kibre Sibhat led the charge by dropping a double-double on 25 points and 12 rebounds. The game was Sibhat's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Miles Edgar-Parchman, who scored 16 points along with 8 assists and 3 steals.
Bennett now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Bishop Machebeuf, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Bennett will stay at home for another game and welcome Byers at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th. Bishop Machebeuf is on the road again on Friday and play against The Pinnacle at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th.
