Harriman was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. They racked up ten more assists than Jellico's also-impressive total of ten.
Despite the loss, Jellico saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Kendall Osborn dropped a double-double with 20 points and 15 boards. The dominant performance gave Osborn a new career-high in rebounds. Another player making a difference was Savannah Lay, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten boards.
Harriman's record now sits at 14-12. As for Jellico, they dropped their record down to 2-24 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight at home.
Coming up, Harriman will take on Midway at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Harriman knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Midway likes a good challenge.
