Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Christian Community struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
First Baptist Christian pushed their record up to 6-2 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Christian Community, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. First Baptist Christian will square off against Lawrence Upper at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Lawrence Upper is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. As for Christian Community, they will head out on the road to face off against Mentor Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
