Last Tuesday, Gibsonburg strolled past Edison with points to spare, taking the game 64-49.
Among those leading the charge was Sam Mcewan, who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 22 points and 2 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Zach Mcgough, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Lakota pushed their score all the way to 77 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 86-77 to Danbury.
Gibsonburg is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season. As for Lakota, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.
