Concord Christian will challenge Mount Juliet Christian Academy on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Neither Concord Christian nor Mount Juliet Christian Academy could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
Concord Christian had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They ended up forfeiting their game against Zion Christian Academy 0-2 on Friday.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 7-61, which was the final score in Mount Juliet Christian Academy's tilt against Watertown last Friday. Mount Juliet Christian Academy were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-41.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. We'll see if Concord Christian is able to find more success (and make for a more exciting contest than their last) when the teams meet up.
