Falcon entered their tilt with Sand Creek on Friday with eight consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with nine. They blew past the Scorpions 14-1. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won six games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Ronan Sadorus looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk).

At the plate, David Ada was incredible, firing off two home runs and six RBI while going 2-for-5. Those two home runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Talon Chubb, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run.

Falcon always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .622. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sand Creek only posted an OBP of .238.

Falcon's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-3-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.7 runs over those games. As for Sand Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10.

Coming up, Falcon will host Canon City at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Sand Creek, they will head out to square off against Pueblo Centennial at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
