The Anderson Raptors will face off against the Turpin Spartans at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Anderson has six straight  wins, Turpin has three straight  losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
 Last Saturday, Anderson blew past Milford, posting  a  57-6 victory on the road. Fans of the Raptors have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+  points.
  Justice Burnam was  his usual excellent self, throwing for 237 yards and five touchdowns, while also rushing for 64 yards. Another player making a difference was  Trace Jallick, who picked up 127 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
 Anderson's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged three passes before it was all said and done. It was truly a group effort as  Tommy Huster,  Owen Bergman,  and  Tanner Holt picked up one apiece. Bergman is also on a roll when it comes to  total tackles, as he's  now  made six or more in the last three games he's  played dating back to last season.
 Meanwhile, Turpin didn't have quite enough to beat West Clermont on Friday and fell  17-14. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings  (they are ranked 224th, while the Wolves are ranked 61st).
 Anderson's win was  their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 6-0. As for Turpin, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
