On Friday, Rochester was able to grind out a solid win over Kouts, taking the game 42-35.
Among those leading the charge was Ella McCarter, who scored 21 points along with five rebounds. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for her. Jadyn Field was another key contributor, scoring five points along with eight rebounds.
Rochester now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Kouts, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-12.
Rochester will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against North White at 6:30 p.m. on December 29th. North White comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Kouts, they will head out on the road to face off against Wheeler at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wheeler comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 25 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
