The Skyview Storm were the 70-61 winner over the Rogers Rams when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Skyview fell just short of Rogers by a score of 57-55. Skyview has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rogers to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dylan Gilderhus, who scored 23 points along with 6 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Treyshawn Weatherspoon, who scored 12 points along with 6 assists and 5 rebounds.
Skyview now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Rogers, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Skyview will take on Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Rogers, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Mariner at 7:00 p.m.
