East Lincoln entered their tilt with Brockport on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Blue Devils a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Mustangs have won six games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Evan Matile, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Brody Hager was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

East Lincoln always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .630. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

East Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Brockport, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, East Lincoln will square off against Victor at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games the Blue Devils have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Brockport, they will be taking part in a tournament against Woodson at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
