Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran dropped down to 16-14 on Tuesday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Oconto Blue Devils by a score of  3-2. The Blazers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blue Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in October of 2024.
Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran's offense was headlined by  Sydney Steffel and  Kiera Adams-Mcintosh, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from  Olivia Kirchner and her 24 assists.  Addison Bruley controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
As for Oconto, their victory bumped their record up to 17-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win they have posted  against Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran since September 19, 2020.
 Oconto can attribute much of their success to  Braiya Wusterbarth, who  had ten  digs.  Sam McDowell also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  kill of the season.
 Coincidentally, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran and Oconto will both be playing Kewaunee the next time they take the court. The Blue Devils will head out to face the Storm at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday, while the Blazers will  host them  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
