The All Saints Episcopal Trojans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their eighth straight loss. They were dealt a 87-34 defeat at the hands of McKinney Christian Academy. While losing is never fun, All Saints Episcopal can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1109th, while McKinney Christian Academy is ranked 340th).
All Saints Episcopal lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Caz Franks, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Manny Mizer, who scored six points along with two steals.
All Saints Episcopal has not been sharp recently as the team has lost 12 of their last 13 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-21 record this season. As for McKinney Christian Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-11.
All Saints Episcopal didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-43 win vs. Shelton on the 9th. McKinney Christian Academy has also already played their next game, a 68-59 victory against Dallas Christian on the 9th.
