Hillsboro had lost five games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 11-10 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over the Perryville Pirates. Easton Day made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed 4.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. In other batting news, Hillsboro let Gunner Sutton and Keynen Drury run wild.
