The Atlanta Rabbits won the last time they faced the Redwater Dragons, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Atlanta came out on top in a nail-biter against Redwater and snuck past 56-53.
Despite the loss, Redwater saw an underclassman step up: Tyris Crowell dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. Crowell is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Carson Wheat, who scored 11 points.
Atlanta's win bumped their record up to 17-11. As for Redwater, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 16-9 record this season.
Atlanta will head out on the road to challenge De Kalb at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. De Kalb will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. Redwater will take on Queen City at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
