Auburn entered their tilt with Giles on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Spartans get on the board and left with a 16-0 win. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six runs or more this season.

Auburn pushed their record up to 13-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Giles, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Auburn will welcome Eastside at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Giles, they will be playing at home against George Wythe at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
