The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Paladins considering their two-run performance the match before.
Caleb Thomas looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he gave up only zero earned runs, the fewest he's had since back in March of 2024.

Ethan Williams looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Pompano Beach is 4-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 1-2 otherwise.
At the plate, Gianni Carbone was incredible, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple was his first of the season. Parker Skeen was another key player, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 1-for-1.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. South Plantation has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.2 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Pompano Beach struggles in that department as they've been averaging 4.2 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
South Plantation couldn't quite get it done against Pompano Beach in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 as they fell 4-0. Can South Plantation avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
