Pender had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Elm Creek Buffaloes 74-40 on Saturday. The Pendragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 matches by 22 points or more this season.

Pender was led to victory by Hadley Walsh and Madalyn Dolliver. Walsh dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten rebounds, while Dolliver shot 67% from beyond the arc en route to 25 points. What's more, Walsh racked up six assists, the most she's had since back in January. Another player making a difference was Maya Dolliver, who posted 14 points.

Pender was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Elm Creek only seven assists.

Elm Creek lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Halle Knapp, who went 5-for-12 to rack up 12 points and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashley Bauer, who earned seven points and six rebounds.

The victory was the 11th in a row for Pender, bringing their record for this year to 28-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points over those games. As for Elm Creek, with the loss, they broke their 21-game winning streak and moved their record to 26-2.

As of now, neither Pender nor Elm Creek have any future games scheduled.
