In what's become a running theme this season, the Umatilla Bulldogs gave their fans yet another huge  win on Friday. They put the hurt on Belleview with a sharp  69-44 victory. Winning may never get old, but Umatilla sure is getting used to it with their ninth in a row.
 It was another big night for  Herly Brutus, who  scored 19 points along with eight  rebounds and five  assists. Brutus is absolutely dominating the  rebound category: he's  posted at least eight every time he's  taken the court this season.  Henry Clendinen was another key contributor,  scoring nine points along with two  steals.
 When it comes to explaining why Belleview lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Demarcus Mcdaniel. Despite the final result, he  scored 18 points. Another player making a difference was  Jaylen Wilson, who  scored eight points.
 Umatilla has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won ten of their last 11 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. As for Belleview, they are  on a three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-16.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Umatilla will take on Mount Dora Christian Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Belleview, they will look to defend their home court  on Monday against East Ridge at 7:00  p.m. East Ridge comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
