There's no place like home for High Point Baptist Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Antietam Mountaineers on Thursday as they made off with a 9-3 win. Considering the Eagles have won seven contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Landon Richard, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Colton Swenson, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

High Point Baptist Academy pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Antietam, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. High Point Baptist Academy will head out to take on Lancaster County Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Antietam, they will venture away from home to face off against Lincoln Leadership Academy at 4:00 p.m. on the 25th.
