Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Lewis-Palmer). They enjoyed a cozy  74-59 victory over the Lutheran Lions on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rangers also won the last time the pair played  back in February of 2024.
Lewis-Palmer's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Jonas Miller, who  went 6 for 9  en route to 17  points and five  assists.  Jacob Lowe was another key player,  going 8 of 12  to rack up 19 points and six  boards.
 Miller wasn't the only one working in the  assist department: Lewis-Palmer was working as a unit and  finished the game with 20  assists.they  racked up ten more  assists than Lutheran's almost as impressive total of ten
 Despite the loss, Lutheran still got an impressive performance from   Kade Speckman, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 28  points and nine  rebounds. Speckman has been hot for a while, having  posted eight or more  boards the last 11 times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Lalo Gonzalez, who  went 5 for 11  on his way to 11 points.
The  win made it two in a row for Lewis-Palmer and  bumps their season record up to 7-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 59.0 points over those games. As for Lutheran, their loss  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 13-3.
 Lewis-Palmer has already played their next contest,  a  50-46  victory against Discovery Canyon on the 30th. As for Lutheran, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  game,  a  60-31  win against Air Academy on the 30th.
