They breezed by Rio Rico at home to the tune of 99-23. With Salpointe Catholic ahead 59-10 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Salpointe Catholic found their leader in underclassman Ben Aronson, who scored 15 points along with 6 assists. Omar Rasul was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Salpointe Catholic's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Rio Rico, they bumped their record down to 1-5 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
