That makes it six consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Cactus' points. Tyler Hutton was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
Cactus' victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.2 points per game. As for Estrella Foothills, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-12 record this season.
Cactus and Deer Valley will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Deer Valley has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 256 points over their last three contests. As for Estrella Foothills, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Buckeye at 1:00 p.m. One thing working in Buckeye's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matchups.
