The Wade Hampton Generals's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their ninth straight loss. They were outmatched by Mauldin on the road and fell 76-28. Wade Hampton has struggled against Mauldin recently, as their match on Friday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
It was another big night for Braden Hershberger, who scored 17 points for Mauldin. The team also got some help courtesy of Nathan Wilbourne, who scored 11 points.
Wade Hampton's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Mauldin, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-7.
