The Palmetto State is dominated by elite lineman and wide receivers as offensive and defensive lineman make up eight of the Top 20 players in the state, while six wide receivers are represented also.
In-state recruiting is dominated by the ACC as 11 of 16 Top 20 prospects have committed to ACC schools with Virginia Tech, Syracuse and Wake Forest each claiming two commitments.
Overall, 17 of the Top 20 players from South Carolina are ranked in the Top 100 at their position nationally, while seven are considered Top 50 prospects are their respective positions.
