After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lowell, Griffith was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They secured a 40-35 W over the Illiana Christian Vikings. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

With the win, Griffith broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3. As for Illiana Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Griffith will host Lake Station Edison at 7:00 p.m. on December 4. As for Illiana Christian, they are taking a road trip to challenge Heritage Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
