The Gary Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against the Joaquin Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gary is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.
Last Tuesday, Gary was the victim of a tough 52-32 defeat at the hands of the Bears.
Meanwhile, Joaquin came up short against the Bears last Friday and fell 40-33.
Despite their loss, Joaquin saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Kate Fuller, who scored six points along with ten rebounds and two steals, was perhaps the best of all. Fuller is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Ke'maria Wilson, who scored five points along with ten rebounds and five steals.
Gary has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-20 record this season. As for Joaquin, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-12.
Gary came up short against the Rams in their previous meeting back in January, falling 34-23. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Joaquin's Jessie Webb, who scored 17 points along with six steals.
