Granada Hills Charter will be defending their home turf for the first time on Saturday when they go up against Grace Brethren in at 10:00 AM. Grace Brethren will be strutting in after a win while Granada Hills Charter will be stumbling in from a loss.
Granada Hills Charter had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were given a punishing 0-56 defeat at the hands of Oxnard.
Meanwhile, Grace Brethren took care of business in their home opener. They took their game against Antelope Valley last Thursday 24-14.
Granada Hills Charter's loss took them down to 0-1 while Grace Brethren's victory pulled them up to write [team] current record. A win for Granada Hills Charter would reverse both their bad luck and Grace Brethren's good luck. We'll see if Granada Hills Charter manages to pull off that tough task or if Grace Brethren keeps their momentum going instead.
