On Friday, West Side put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They steamrollered Malad 49-0. With West Side ahead 21-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
The win bumped West Side's record up to 6-0. The defeat dropped Malad's record to 1-5.
West Side will have some time to rest before their next game, which is against Bear Lake in two weeks at 7:00 PM. The squad will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. Malad will look to defend their home turf next week against Bear Lake at 7:00 PM.
