Clinton Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Clara Hyke, who scored nine points along with 11 rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Carissa Compton, who scored 11 points.
Clinton Christian Academy struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Leading Christian Learning Center to victory were Callie Trezona and Rylie Allen. Trezona scored 15 points along with nine rebounds and two steals, while Allen scored 13 points along with five rebounds and five blocks. Allen has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Holly Cain was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five steals.
Clinton Christian Academy's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-5. As for Christian Learning Center, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
