The Bronaugh Wildcats lost against the College Heights Christian Cougars back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Tuesday. The  contest between  the two teams wasn't particularly close, with Bronaugh falling  61-44. They have struggled against College Heights Christian recently, as their  matchup on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
 Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Colter Banes, who  scored three points along with 13  rebounds and four  blocks. Those four  blocks set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of  Strauss Banes, who  scored 19 points.
 Bronaugh  struggled to get the ball back on offense and  finished the game with only four  offensive rebounds. That's the fewest  offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
 Bronaugh's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for College Heights Christian, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season.
 Bronaugh is on the road again  on Friday and play against Montrose at 7:00  p.m.  on January 5th. As for College Heights Christian, they will look to defend their home court  on Thursday against Lighthouse Christian at 7:15  p.m. Hopefully Lighthouse Christian focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 12 on Tuesday.
